Goulash with Meat


36oz. Pork, beef or combination

4 large yellow onions

5 tsp of fat

5 tsp of flour

Between 1.5-2 gal of water





Large Pot (12qt recommended)

Cooking Instructions:

Peel and coarsely chop onion

Melt fat in pot

Add onions in with melted fat, dust with flour, cook until translucent

Dice meat, add to onions and brown

Add water, bring to a simmer and stir until thick

Season to taste.

Serves up to ten

To cook with canned meat simply add meat when water is at a simmer
