Canned Meat and Sauerkraut

Ingredients:

36oz of Canned meat

32oz Sauerkraut

6 large potatoes

1.5-2gal of water

Salt

Pepper


Equipment:

Large pot (12qt recommended)

Roasting Pan (4qt recommended)


Cooking Instructions:

Dice meat


In roasting pan, drain sauerkraut and cook until tender, add meat and cook until warm


In pot boil potatoes until tender, add potatoes to sauerkraut and meat


Season to taste
